Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to contact us at hello@droolandco.com with questions or concerns if they cannot be answered below.
Returns of new merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt and be pre-authorized by contacting us at hello@droolandco.com. All returned merchandise must be in the condition in which it was purchased, with the original packaging still intact. Payment will be made upon the receipt of the returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges or can return the item(s) in store. For in-store returns, please bring the item(s) along with the receipt.
Non-returnable items include furniture, mattresses, highchairs, special orders, custom orders, and sale items. Bedding, dinnerware, and personal hygiene products that have been opened are also non-returnable. Gear items must have the box unopened with all seals intact to be eligible for return.
