Drool and Co Shipping Policy

What are your shipping options and pricing?

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $125 (pre-tax), excluding some large and heavy items furniture. Purchases under $125 are a flat rate of $10.  Drool and Co only ships to the 48 contiguous states.

How fast do you ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 days.  If placed over the weekend, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. Exceptions include personalized items or other special orders, such as custom gear orders.  We ship from Raleigh, NC via USPS, Fedex, or UPS.

Can I expedite shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout, excluding large gear items and special orders.  If you need gear shipped faster, please call us for a custom quote and we will do our best to make it happen.

Can I pick up in store?

Absolutely.  Please choose this option at checkout and you will receive an email once your item is ready.
